Compilation of my design work at DBI Beverage. I worked closely with Brand Managers, the sales team and one other trusty partner who was a mentor and fellow colleague. I designed menus, templates, banners, salesheets for DBI Beverage to promote beer sales. These advertisements also co-existed with multimedia or advertising done on their social media.
Please drink responsibly. This page is shown to showcase the work I did.
Collateral work containing business cards, menus, flyers, brochures, and other neat printed material. Each piece has been designed according to creativity and tailoring to their identity brand to retain its story.
Banners consisting of all works pertaining up to 3-10 feet or more. Some of these banners were placed in front of bar areas to highlight point of purchases. I handled banners taller than me and even worked with a large on-site printer.
Lighting product packaging. I worked closely with a single point of contact for DURACELL packaging to adhere to standards, but have also created new packaging art that consists of Jiawei Technology’s products. It has been an honor working closely with DURACELL, Walmart’s private label brands (Better Homes & Garden), EZ Solar, and Maximus. These products consist of solar landscaping items and smart home products.
I have had the opportunity to work with lighting displays for tradeshows. These displays also go through a process of working closely with clients who handle the storefronts. These clients include Lowe’s, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Home Depot which has specifications to physical displays. These displays are made and designed specifically for lighting or smart home products to sell in the retail industry.
Since working at Jiawei Technology, I have been able to consistently retain, refine, and master the pixel world of photos. Sometimes I take photos of our products, or I work closely with third-party photographers who specialize in lighting to achieve what we need. I am crafty when it comes to wielding Photoshop with respect to budgets. I have been able to take one light’s feature and apply it throughout the other products by using photoshop. This in turn means less time and sticking to a budget for photos to be taken.
Products all conceptualized, illustrated, or sewn by me
I have been designing since I was in high school and I knew exactly what I wanted to be: an ever-evolving graphic designer. In college, I helped with lead discussions pertaining to clients. Our classroom was set up exactly like a studio, so we had hands-on training. Students had internships and were paid for our design work. Our professor was considered the Art Director and Fredda Cassidy is who I have to thank for my strong design skills today.
